We're teetering on the edge of an economic depression, and the economics pale into insignificance for the thousands of people whose health or health of their loved ones is in peril.


More of your customers than ever before have problems, and, extraordinarily, all at the same time.


Even if you're in one of the few sectors not thoroughly disrupted, it's still challenging, since everything around you has changed.


But you're in business, so by definition you provide solutions to people's problems, and if you're going to survive it's time to focus on that more than ever before. How can your skills, experiences, expertise and resources be used to provide solutions for people? The answers to those questions will see you through.


This is when you need to think really carefully about your messaging. You are already thinking about how to adapt your business. Your message almost certainly needs to change too.
